Michael Davis
Mike Davis
Michael W. Davis and his wife Joanne are long-time Columbia residents. Michael is a partner in the Columbia-based law firm of Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, focusing in the areas of estate and tax planning.

As a member of the Howard County legal community for 28 years, his service to his community has been repeatedly honored. Michael was recognized for his advocacy efforts on behalf of older adults from the Howard County Commission on Aging in 2005, received an outstanding achievement award from the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys in 2008, and was presented with an award of excellence from the Bar Foundation of Howard County in 2009. Most recently, Michael’s community involvement was recognized by The Columbia Foundation, which awarded him the honor of the James W. Rouse Award for his ‘extraordinary commitment and support.’

Michael also sits on the board for the Howard Community College Educational Foundation and is a former chair of the Elder Law Council of the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the Howard County Commission on Aging.

Lin Eagan
Lin Eagan
Lin Eagan moved to Columbia in 1970. After a successful career in residential real estate, she became owner and CEO of Lakeview Title Company.

Her community activism began almost immediately as she became a pillar of the local Democratic party, heading numerous political and judicial campaigns. From that platform she was appointed to the Howard County Board of Appeals, and was as chair for 2 years. Lin has also served as chair of The Columbia Foundation, on the boards of the Columbia Festival of the Arts, FIRN, and the Howard County Association of Realtors. Currently she is a director of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Columbia Foundation's Leadership Council, a director of the Bright Minds Foundation, and an active member of the Business Alliance.

Currently, Lin acts as the President and CEO of Lakeview Title Company. She remains extremely active locally as a member of the boards of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce and the Bright Minds Foundation (the Howard County Public Schools Foundation). Lin also serves as the Chair of the Howard County Business Alliance’s Downtown Task Force, a member of the Columbia Foundation’s Leadership Council, and Bring Back the Vision.

In her free time, Lin is an aerobic golfer, an avid traveler, an art enthusiast, and a proud mother and grandmother.

Phil Engelke
Phil Engelke
Phil Engelke has lived in Columbia since 1972. Locally he has served on the vestry of Christ Episcopal Church, been the president of Glenelg Country School Parents and Friends, and has served a number of terms on the Oakland Mills village board. Phil is very involved in the revitalization of Oakland Mills and serves as the co-chair of its masterplan committee. He is the chair of of Howard County’s first Design Advisory Panel and is a member of ULI’s regionalism committee.

Prior to retiring in March 2009, Phil Engelke was a Vice President of RTKL, an international architecture firm. During his 30-year tenure, RTKL grew from a regionally-based practice to one of the largest design firms in the world, with projects in over 40 countries.

Phil currently has an independent consulting practice based in Baltimore, Maryland.

David Yungmann
David Youngman
David Yungmann is a 35-year resident of Howard County, and currently has two children in the county’s public school system. After 20 years in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare operations, David is now a realtor with a practice in Howard County and the surrounding areas.

David has been actively involved in the redevelopment of downtown Columbia for the last three years. He is a founding member of Columbia 2.0, a member and former officer of the Howard County Professional Alliance, and a steering team member on the Howard County Young Professionals Network.

In his free time, David coaches youth sports and volunteers in public schools.
